        It will be zero stars.Wrong size(measurement of lens power. Second visit They change for new lenses headache continued. Third visit said my eyes are just adjusting to new lenses. Headache continued. Go to other optician he find its wrong size/power of lenses. Never go back again.

        I popped in today as the screw had come loose and fell out of the frame, the lady who served me was brilliant, she sorted a replacement screw and installed it and gave me new box and cleaning cloth. excellent customer service...

        I got a phone call at 5.55 from this company who close at 5.30 to say that my order had arrived and that they would stay open if I wanted to come in for them I said I could wait until tomorrow .what other company would stay late on a Friday to help customers 100% for service jim
