Ive already left a bad review of this company for the exact same reasons but after getting nowhere after countless emails and even contacting an ombudsman I felt it deserved another review to make sure people avoided buying from Tapi. We spent over 4K on carpets that were heavily discounted and so should have in fact costed us nearer 8k and after a few months the carpets completely flattened to the point you can feel the underlay, its pulled in a lot of areas and the fitting also isnt great with many edges now lifting. What is worse is that a lot of the areas the carpets ruined in is rooms that barely have any footfall and so it shows just how poor this hard wearing carpet is. The carpet we purchased is described as bouncing back and hard wearing and its none of the above. Weve asked Tapi on countless occasions (Uddingston branch) how we are not covered by the wear guarantee and what it does cover. Everytime weve been ignorewhich to me screams the fact they just arent willing to compensate us. The most surprising thing we found is that when taking it to an ombudsman the EXACT same thing happened, we still never received clarity on the guarantee and why we werent covered. We will never be buying from tapi again, weve bought much cheaper carpets in the past from small one man band shops and theyve been 10x better. If you want long lasting carpets I would avoid at all costs.

Sorry to say it cost me another 100 to get doors fixed cause the underlay was to thick ment to asked for some kind of compensation

Cowboys. Bought 18 packs of imbali and was told they won't be discontinued anytime aoon as they bought the sole right to supply everywhere tiles and they have tonnes of stock in warehouses. One week later I floored my hall but need one more pack and they discontinued the imbali model and raised the price from 42 per square meter to 102 per sm. If a model is to be discontinued it should be going to clearance but to simply raise the price and create supply and demand shows no respect to customers and I very much doubt my 25 year guarantee. Don't support this business model take your money elsewhere.

Was pretty disappointed with this store to be honest. When we walked in (we were the only customers in the shop) there was no greeting. The man was sat at his computer typing away and didnt look our way. It wasnt until we approached him that we got a hello. He was helpful once he gave us attention. The price was way higher than we had been quoted elsewhere.
