George took at least two hours to demo the instrument taking his time to explain fully then and let me try it with my own accordion.
I ordered one and it arrived on Wednesday.
I collected it today (Thursday) and George had set it up with about 90 registrations pre programmed in bank one, which is a great starter. He also provided a sheet which shows what the registrations are, which he said may be updated at a later date and would be available to copy to a usb memory stick if so desired.
He also downloaded backing tracks to the unit for me.
Upon collection, George took at least another three hours to demonstrate the various key features of the unit and set up my pedal board, volume pedal etc.
George was knowledgable about the instrument and every question that I asked him he could answer with the exception of one. However he thereafter set about working out hiw to do what I had asked and within minutes he had worked it out and explained to me fully what to do.
I can't praise George (& David) enough for their assistance and knowledge.
