We ordered a carpet with assembly for the stairs. Waiting time 2 weeks. They came, they did it very quickly. I go up the stairs and look at it, and there is a crookedly cut and protruding piece of a metal strip. We went to them the next day and they apologized, they said they would do it in a week because they are busy (I think if we paid and they already did that they should finish it with me first), but nothing will happen if they are busy, I will wait a week and I hope if they say they will, it will come. The day came when they were supposed to come and they did not come, did not even let it be known that they would not come (the man takes a day off and waits, because he hopes that someone will come by grace). The boy went to them especially and asks when someone will finally come. They made an appointment. He was supposed to come and we were not waiting again. After a few days, the Lord called to say he was to come on Friday. Friday has passed, and he is calling that he will not come, because there is no material. He was supposed to order on Monday. There has been silence ever since. It's been 6 weeks now. They took the money, they did not correct it. We are not going to ride around anymore and remind ourselves of what should be done. I will also mention that you can break your leg about this strip. Doing for quantity not for quality. I do not recommend! The service is a mile away, but the assembly is hopeless.

Accidents happen and that is understood it is how they are dealt with that can show the true colours of a business! Today (just after 1pm) the fitter arrived with the carpet and commenced fitting. A short time later he comes to us with bad news that he has nicked the radiator pipe and its leaking, so couldn't finish the job without it first being repaired. He contacted his plumber who was on another job so agreed that he would finish his other carpet fitting jobs then go collect the plumber to come and repair the pipe then he would complete the carpet fitting. This was around 1.30pm! Well several hours passed and we hear nothing, so call them around 5pm to be told they need another 30 mins to arrange a plumber (on this call ROBERT also stated that he would not be paying for an emergency call out this evening if their guy could not do it). I explained we have no heating as a result of the accident and have 3 young kids at home (7, 4 & 1) with temperatures set to drop below freezing it was not feasible to have no heating. Left it till 5.40 and still no response so called again - phone calls are now being ignored! Called another number found on the web and got through to a salesman in the shop who couldn't do anything or get in contact with his manager. Eventually around 6pm Robert returned the call stating they WOULD NOT be fixing the problem tonight and they had no obligation to do so? ROBERT was very agitated on the phone and would not give me a chance to stress the kids were freezing and it was not acceptable as they had almost 4 hours to arrange a plumber prior to the end of the working day. He was adamant that the kids were spending the night in a freezing house. As i couldn't get a word in i stated that i would see him in the shop in 20 minutes as the shop was open till 8pm. His response? - we will just shut the shop right now. As you can see from the attached photos when we got to the shop at 6.50pm yes it was closed. You can also see the radiator with the water marks where it leaked prior to being drained and the state they have left the carpet in. I definitely would not recommend this business. Accidents happen and that is understood but the manner in which this has been dealt with is wholly unacceptable. A plumber could have been arranged within working hours if they did not want to pay the premium for the repair and then when they did not bother to arrange anything within working hours its their responsibility to cover the premium of an emergency call out. DEFINITELY NOT TO BE TRUSTED!

Fantastic prices. I got a J&W carpet fitted in my bedroom and used this company for my living room, not only was the carpet cheaper but the quality was sooo much better. I will be back in soon to order for the bedrooms. Great wee find!
