        I used this company to look in to my ppi only heard from them on 2 occasions 1 was to query something on my application and then the next time was to ask for their payment I had to keep chasing them up to get any information the bank of Scotland kept me more update with my claim than PPS so I would not recommend them so unprofessional their radio ad is misleading aswell saying they do all the work and u don't have to you still need to fill all their forms inn to send back to them and everyone on their radio ad gets thousands so misleading wonder much they pay the actors well I only got 148 which of that pps took a cut

        Hopeless service from them!! No correspondence whatsoever. I called them and the then told me I have one claim but it's delayed. I then went with another claims company and got correspondence saying I'm owed thousands. Don't waste your time.
