Unhelpful and patronising on the phone. Hopeless service. These people think they are above everyone else, they forget that they are just receptionists. Shambles. Avoid this rotten practice.

Very unprofessional clerical staff. I wonder if they have ever.heard of privacy and confidentiality for the clients . The practice manager should be taking action regarding the attitude and unprofessional conduct of the Admin staff. I wonder how many years medical training they have had.

can never get through but the staff are doing all that they can as there seems to be a move away from booking an appointment to simply just walking in. scheduling an appointment needs to be revisited URGENTLY.

Woman (dark hair and specs) at reception was cheeky! Self check in wasn't working, went to the woman and told her my name and she starred at me and sighed "For!?" Told her I didn't know as it's my first time coming here and she just told me to go down to the other end of the practise. Not all of us use the health centre a lot and don't know what to do, being nice and polite doesn't hurt.
