My car was in an accident and recovered from my home address to GARC - the service and assistance I received was first class from the receptionist. I was very impressed with the care and genuine interest at a very stressful time. Just yesterday I had to get back to them with a query in relation to my written off car and I was honestly blown away with the numerous speedy responses received via email helping me with my situation which was resolved very quickly by Lorraine. She went above and beyond to help me and I couldnt have managed to sort my issue out without her assistance. She was courteous, friendly, professional and a credit to the company so thanks very much indeed for everything. Well done to Gemini Accident Repair Glasgow - I would highly recommend using them. So, my car was rear ended and I was offered Gemini ARC as the repair facility. As this was a no fault accident I didn't think I had a choice. What I can say is WOW. What a repair, thank you. The car looks like a showroom condition demonstrator. It is flawless, I have a full printout of all the works and the team explained exactly what was done. I couldn't be happier. On driving home the car is for better words perfect. I was kept informed with text messages and phone calls throughout the whole process, from initial pickup before repairs to collection after repairs. I have a eye for detail as like most car nuts it's your pride and joy. Honestly, it is amazing. I would highly recommed this repair facility to anyone. Thanks again. They are Fraud. Hold my car for more than a month. They are taking advantage of you , specially when they hold your car. Never ever recommend this Fraud company.
