I visited the Uddingston branch. Really friendly and welcoming staff staff even though I arrived at the store near closing. Didnt feel rushed at all. Kate was helpful and knowledgeable. Just a great buying experience all round. Thank you Kate, your help was very much appreciated

Amazing service from John, as soon as we walked in the front door he looked after us with his wealth of knowledge & experience in the industry. He gave us all the information we needed from ordering to delivery. Cant thank him enough for all his help.

I have now had to change my review! This would be a 0-star review if it was possible. Bought a sofa from Natuzzi in Uddingston in June and paid a 1500 deposit. I was assured that it would be delivered by the end of September. I didn't hear from them as the deadline loomed so I called. After the 5th time of trying to get through to a member of staff, I was told that there was a delay in England and it would be delivered by the end of October. That deadline came and went. Still no phone call from Natuzzi. Another glut of phone calls from myself and the excuse this time was that there was an issue with the fabric and that my sofa hadn't been made yet, which was a contradiction of what I was told the month before. I have called to get my deposit back as I want to buy a sofa from a company that can actually deliver one but I am once again getting no customer service. I have now contacted the head office in Italy and London and even DM'd their Twitter feed but I still haven't received a response, let alone received my money from them. I total shambles of a company and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will tell everyone I know to avoid them at all costs!
