I ordered 4 dinning chairs says 7-10 days delivery on the tracking it had said 3 delivered and 1 returned I tried calling the store for days they never answer the phone emailed they said that 4 had been delivered to the delivery company and one was damaged so will wait longer and get 4 sent out I was happy with that then 3 weeks later 3 chairs were delivered tried calling again no answer emailed and contacted the delivery company they were so helpful saying that it was a mistake and they will deliver the other chair meanwhile NCF emailed me to say I have only paid for 3 chairs so thats why I only got 3 delivered I emailed my receipt but have never heard back thankfully the delivery company have been so helpful it would have been a quick fix for NCF turns out chairs are to wide for my current table so guess where Im not going for a new table Ill never shop NCF again customer service shocking.
