Worst company I have ever came by by far, they hire other company's to do there work and take no blame themselves, put you on false in-house courses and don't give you pay upgrade, PATHETIC is an understament for this company, they have a job in kirkintilloch still not finished 5 years down the line lol , There was an incident onsite with Jcb turning over and people got the sack for reporting it how good a company aye NOT, I was sacked for getting knocked down on one off there sites same site thats still not finished banking a crane without being a banksman, so falling day was told to do a in-house banksman course which I duely refused,SACKED , did a crane Course kid on crane course believe it or not in-house again, Didnt want to pay extra money same as labourer, are yous kidding, This company needs to be shut down PERMANENTLY before someone is killed they have no clue what they are doing, not a shamed to tell you My name but I won't.

Thank you for ignoring my previous email from 5/09/2022, the call from 18/10/2022, the email from Monday 25/10/2022 and text message from 26/10/2022. Could you confirm please when I should expect to receive the following: - loss of earnings form- completed - P45 - payslip for August 2022 In addition from 6/06 till 2/09 my holiday entitlement should be 6 days. I' ve been paid only 5 days in July. I've should still be paid for one more day of holiday. Already I've been waiting more than 8 weeks to hear back from you guys.

The worst company in the history of jobs ... Hole sale bullying goes on at sites....not all but most ....x employee......not sacked ....left of my own volition....
