Terrible customer service. Had to call them a few times about purchases I've made within their store and they just aren't interested. The way they speak and deal with customers is terrible, hanging up the phone if they don't have an answer for you. I wont be buying lights from Pagazzi again.

Visited this morning. The staff member, sorry I don't know her name, listened to what we were saying and used her extensive knowledge of the stock to suggest ideas. She walked the length of the shop with us several times and even went up a ladder twice to measure ceiling roses for us! I look forward to seeing the new ceiling pendants fitted. After they are fitted and the room decorated I will decide if I need a new table lamp.....if I do I won't hesitate to return to this shop.

Struggled into the store with my walking frame, found the item I intended to buy and stood for at least five minutes waiting for help. I was in direct line of sight of two staff members at the counter who, busily sorting price tickets, never once lifted their heads to see if anyone needed assistance. A third staff member emerged from the stock room with a laden trolley, walked past me, the staff who were discussing Peter Mullen by then,and the counter without a word. Needless to say I left the shop, again struggling with the doors. As a disabled person I am glad to see you have designated parking but that, it seems, is where your customer service ends.

I was served by Ben today and he was so patient , able to answer my many questions which led to me being able to purchase two items successfully, one from the store and one he ordered online for me with free next day delivery. He put my purchase into my car safely, cant thank him enough , he made it all very simple and easy
