AVOID! awful workplace! the people working in the agency are rude, they allow the persecution of employees, they support the persecutors. the manager also allows this behavior. I will definitely report the company to the appropriate institutions. shame!!!!

AVOID. Highly recommend anyone avoid this place. 'Managers' couldn't care less about employees. Only decent people in charge were team leaders and supervisors who would be 10x better than any managers (in training ;) ) One of them said to my face how I am nothing but an agency worker and what I want/think doesn't matter at all. If you start on the backshift and want to be moved to a dayshift, they will lie right to your face and say there is a waiting list. THERE IS NO WAITING LIST. The recruitment agency offer new starts shifts that people have been waiting years on. People have walked in the place and got shifts they haven't worked for and god forbid any hard workers get what they deserve. Half of their workforce are nowhere near target. Targets are unrealistic yet they will shout at you for them. Even if they were realistic, most people can't even get anywhere near it. Yet, I hit target all of the time and wasn't allowed to swap shifts as I was drained of my energy and had no life. I worked half a year to the top and became reliable in most departments of the warehouse and I was fired for speaking up against management and asked to be moved shifts. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

Absolutely shocking place to work line manager called Frank thinks its okay to BULLY 17 year old boys, avoid at all costs number doesnt even work staff are horrible to your face after trying to tell them about theirs just a bad place all together
