Some heads up would be nice before doing work next to someone's car. Spoke to some guys on site, they said it wasn't them, called their office, they said they don't take customer complaints, and I should speak to the builder who ordered the work. I just washed the car two days ago and it was squeaky clean so it sucked to walk out to this on a Monday morning.

Not building related. More a parking issue with one of their employees vans. For a few years now we've had a repeated problem with a dangerously parked Advance Construction van parked right at the very edge of me and my neighbours lane we for access to our driveways. On numerous occasions we had near miies with oncoming traffic on the main road because we can't see past this van. We have asked the driver on numerous occasions to move it to another location but time and again he's been rude to us and refuses to move the van saying it's a public highway. This is no way an employee should react to a member of the public asking for a simple request for public safety. My neighbours are elderly and some have small children. It's only a matter of time before there is a serious accident. The police have been informed on numerous occasions. But because of some legal loophole there's not much they can do. It's just pure ignorance on behalf of the driver and no consideration for his fellow neighbours. I suspect this guy is a manager and therefore thinks he is above everyone else. If this is the standard of employee who works for this company I suspect it gets worse down the ranks.
