Two weeks without heating and hotworx came to the rescue and had an appointment for us last minute outstanding service! I wish I had contacted them sooner The engineers where lovely, due to covid I was working from home and they guys where so considerate of that and so patient with me. We also have an unfriendly dog and they where so polite in giving me time to arrange the dog to be out of the room. Amazing service and lovely people definitely would recommend them to everyone as our house is lovely and toasty all thanks to them Thank you!

I phoned Eddie on the Sunday, the team came out on Monday, the boiler was fitted at the earliest slot following Friday. The team were outstanding arrived 8.30am finished 5pm. The guys fully respected my property, you wouldn't have known 9.5 hrs of work had just taken place, other than we now have an excellent heating sytem installed my an excellent company. @Eddie I'll be intouch soon about new boiler & radiators at the other property as discussed. Very happy with Hot Worx, quote arranged & provided very quickly & 3 options given. Everything explained thoroughly, competitive price which I was very happy with for the work they did. Workmen arrived on time, great bunch of guys... friendly but professional at the same time. Cleaned everything up after any work done. Highly recommend this company & will definitely use them again
