We did a car hire through Carrs to do a day trip in the Highlands. Michelle was phenomenal in getting everything lined up. We didnt know exactly what to expect being from the states and if we would have a guide or just a driver. Then we met Iain who was one of the loveliest people you could have the pleasure of meeting. We spent the whole day with him and he was amazing! He recommended stops and locations as well as explained local history. I cant rave about him enough. We would 100% go through Carrs again.

Spot on service from Callum, cars were on time, picked everyone up and delivered to the church and venue with professionalism.. Very competitive price wise, cars clean and well kept, drivers were personable and had a bit of chat about them, particularly to me and my daughter whilst en-route to church, highly recommended...

This company let me down on my Wedding Day leaving 50 of my guests stranded in Glasgow after the ceremony. We were told a puncture. But my guests waited 1hr 15 mins on a rainy day for a replacement coach to take them from Glasgow University to Ingliston Country Club. Was it a double booking my guests were asking as it took so long for a replacement. The boss, Callum, told my mother during this delay to just order 12 taxis and seemed at a loss to be in a position to rectify the situation!!!! She and I were left mortified in front of our guests. This delay had a knock on effect on our drinks reception which was cancelled for many of our guests. It definitely left a bad taste in my mouth when I heard on the grapevine the same excuse was used at a previous wedding the week prior to mine. How can TWO BRIDES be left in this situation!!
