        I go to this chemist in Vale and i must admit this is the best chemist in the vale. The staff are polite and friendly and nothing is never to mich trouble for them. They go that extra mile for customer satisfaction. Keep up the amazing work team and thank you for everything you do

        Closed on a Sunday apparently, despite being advertised as open. Useless if you're relying on this info driving many miles from the Highlands to see a pharmacist.

        Poor in store customer service, two members of staff are particularly rude and have heard complaints about these people from four different individuals. Refused service for being on my phone and when I called customer service I was told this is not a Boots policy and that I can raise a complaint for being refused medication and could speak to the manager. Person was professional on the phone.
