Thanks again to all staff at Wilkie & Ryder and Mr Willis Wilkie in particular for all your help today alleviating my concerns about my right eye vision/health. As someone with anxiety, it makes a huge difference to me knowing that you guys understand me, patiently listen and answer my questions without making me feel daft! Not to mention the detailed investigation/consideration of my problem and clear explanation of your findings. This level of care is hard to find, and much appreciated.

My teen daughter had to pick new frames for her glasses. As you can imagine not the easiest task. The member of staff that had the pleasure of my daughters appointment did an amazing job. She was very patient and help my daughter decide on colour, size and shape that flattered her face and desiner frames as well. There was a lot of posing in the mirror but finally new frames were chosen. YES!!! Bonus she also picked a pair of prescription sunglasses as well. Excellent range of glasses to choose from. Fantastic service from start to finish. Can't wait to pick her new glasses and don't forget her sun glasses as well.
