Oakview Medical Practice

Absolutely appalled at the integrity of Oakview Medical Practice. I raised a complaint about a member of their Nursing Staff ( a neighbour who was being blatantly noisey who accessed my medical records several times whilst I was in hospital, and cannot give the practise an explanation as to why she did this. She further discussed my medical records outside the practice. This is a breach of confidentiality. Had to involve the ICO and the SPSO after they ignored the complaint I had made in writing. I am aware that she now no longer works for this practice, nor does the manager who failed to respond to my complaint and tried to cover it, I dont think I need to ask why, but the worry is she still practises as a nurse as her conduct inside and outside the practice is questionable

Absolutely shocking treatment for over a month requesting a face to face appointment and continually being fobbed off with phone calls. Had to see emergency out of hours doctor to get a diagnosis and prescription.
