        Stopped in here to get out of the rain and orient ourselves after the train ride. The two women (I wish I caught their names) were super helpful and gave us directions for how to get to the loch and explore the area. When I googled Loch Lomond it said I needed to take a bus to Luss. Im so glad I spoke to these women first. We had a wonderful time walking to the loch and up to Balloch castle. We stopped in again before leaving to by souvenirs and they were so pleasant and easy to speak to. Very helpful and I highly recommend if you are new to the area.

        Balloch Tourist information centre is in an ideal location, close to the Balloch Train station and it's on the lovely high street. They sell the right products for this area. We bought a pair of gloves and a hat which are hand made from natural wool. The lady has been very kind and helpful
