        They don't offer all the services they claim on their website. I enquired about an initial consultation for a service they advertise only to be hold that they wouldn't be able to assist me with it and that was before they'd even heard the details of the issue. Poor show

        Very disappointed with Cairns Brown. After initial contact by email saying they 'could' assist and then a follow up phone call the following day I didn't receive any further communication. I did try calling their office a few times and left requests for a call back which I eventually received on the 15th Nov, nearly a full month after I first contacted them. This call was to inform me that they 'couldn't' assist me. I have no idea what changed during the initial delay. So from a personal opinion I found them to be unreliable.
