MacKinnon Fencing & Groundworks

I received a quote from this company, to fence in my front and back garden. They provided a quote, which I wanted to proceed with, however I needed to make an amendment. The company then said they would send someone round again to take a look and amend this quote. No one came and no contact was made. I called the office several times, they were either unresponsive or I was told the owner was on holiday. A month went by with no word- no calls or emails. Tuesday morning- before 8am- after a long bank holiday weekend, I had 3 men standing in my garden, who I didnt know. No call or even a knock on the door. They just came onto my property and said they had called- when they hadnt. Absolutely no communication or manners, utterly shocking behaviour. Said they would be back to do the fence, when they hadnt told me how much it was going to cost. How could I agree to proceed when I didnt know the price? No apology was given when I enquired, just an attitude. They lost my business because of this. Big fish in a small pond- they didnt care they lost my business.

Great job from start to finish. Ripped out an old hedge and old fencing and replaced with 26m of new fencing. Quote was emailed to me within 24 hours of initial contact. Office were very punctual with any queries I raised. Even an alteration request to the job on the day was easily managed by James and his team. Lads doing the job worked solidly from start to finish, very professional and happy to discuss any concerns or answer any questions. Very impressed would use again. Service: Wood fence installation
