Never had an issue with the tubes not heating but I'd say if I did? I use the stand up X6 it's a fast tan booster bed & the only thing I would say is plz get one to save me going all the way into dumbarton lol
When I need a fast bed I use the Vegas machine with fine mist & find it's great... As long as you wear a decent cream personally I use Blak & it's a level 5 accelerator it holds my tan longer & I don't need as many beds per month to keep up a great tan even in winter.

When raised with the manager she said she needed to Speak to the area manager!!
No apology all she kept saying nobody else has complained , staff who were in on Thursday and Friday were fantastic very friendly and professional ,the manageress is an embarrassment .
