        The man running this place was very hostile to me and my party after a miscommunication about the number of people who could stay in a room. Rather than refund us once he had another booking for the room, he cancelled that reservation and charged us anyways, and then spun tales about the reason why. In general he treated us with a lack of respect and I would recommend you bring your patronage to other places in ullapool.

        Had a terrible experience with the owner/host of the Riverside. After booking through a third party, Riverside turned us away due to overcrowding and has refused to return my money. I was told that I would have my full refund but after repeatedly chasing I have not. Upon calling Riverside I was lied to about the reason for no refund. Very disappointing and I urge you to reconsider spending your money with Riverside.
