Access Mortgages

I can honestly say I would have no hesitation using Access Mortgages in the future, a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Gary has been my mortgage advisor for some time now and would highly recommend. An extremely helpful, informative professional outfit.

I had tried to release equity from my existing mortgage however my existing mortgage company would not do this. I had a high credit score however I was deemed high risk due to my existing debts. Access Mortgages was then recommended to me so I contacted Ryan who then allocated my case to Mark. Mark was amazing he went through everything with me step by step he consolidated all my existing debt (and trust me there was a lot of it!) by arranging me a new mortgage which allowed me to pay off all my credit cards and loans and have money left over for home renovations. Mark dealt with everything including life insurance and arranging a solicitor keeping me up to date along the way, answering all my questions and there were lots of them, nothing was a problem to him and he was always so positive and supportive. I cant recommend Mark and Access Mortgages enough, I was so nervous contacting them and disclosing all my financial details however Mark made it pain free and was so supportive through out the process. I am now debt free and have a great new mortgage in place along with a better life insurance policy all thanks to Mark and Access Mortgages.

I have been contacting Gary Anderson for mortgage advice for over 16 years now and find him to be very knowledgable and professional. During these turbulent financial times he was extremely helpful and offered several options to us when remortgaging the house, I will not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family and will ask for his advice in future.
