We where told when the rep came to the house that he would get us a van no matter what. When we got moveing date we where let down. But asked if we could wait for them another four days till they got a van . So one of the important days of our life's we where left down. But thanks to Glasgow removals we are back on track.

Worst experience ever. Don't go with them. Either go to shore porters or another removal company. I had cancelled the removal as did not receive keys for my house and paid the cancellation waiver, 2 amd a half weeks on I'm still waiting on a refund. They won't put me through to accounts, everytime I call they say it is in the process. I have been chasing them up every second day and they keep promising to call back and guess what they don't. Worst service and staff. I want my 1800 pounds that I have paid!! None of them even give me the process of putting a complaint in. If I could speak to a manager and name the people who i have dealt with and the service I received. Today I have called and have been promised to have a call back within the hour. Let's see even if I receive a call back.
