        Decent enough equipment for the price. Ideal if you're a home gym or an entry level gym. We've used them in the past but have decided to move onto more premium equipment now

        Very poor customer service. I received an email offer on equipment, which I replied as instructed to place the order. A few hours after I received confirming invoice address and contact details to make payment over the phone. Then phoned to make payment and the had sold them all to someone else. Disgusting customer service!

        I've been in the industry for thirty years. I own five well established and successful gyms. We just opened our sixth gym in London and I decided to give these guys a chance and bought 20,000 of equipment. This worst mistake I've ever made!. The equipment turned up with bits missing and damaged. I fully appreciate that these things can and do happen, it's life but it's how the company deals with it that makes or break of the brand. For nearly five weeks we've been chasing them to resolve the issues prior to our opening, damaged benches, benechs not working how they should and missing parts on the rack which make iit dangerous to use. The customer service is by far the worst I have come across, no matter who I have dealt with in the company nothing has been done. I have been in conversation with Euan who is head of sales and dispite numerous promises, we are still waiting for the items to repaired, replaced or removed. My advice....DO NOT TRUST, STAY AWAY YOU WILL REGRET IT. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

        Steven, Glen and the team went absolutely above and beyond to help me. When I had an issue, they couldn't have been more helpful. Customer service.... absolutely top notch. Equipment......top class. The only thing you'll hesitate about is which products to buy from them..... Like a kid in a sweet shop, there's so much great stuff to choose from. Thanks for making my purchasing experience so exceptional
