Lincluden Surgery

I joined this surgery after being at Bruce Medical for a number of years and all I can say is the difference is night and day. Actually get an app when needed, take the time to actually ask and answer your questions an overall pleasure. Was with Bruce Medical and having had back pain for going 5 months and repeatedly being told that it was due to muscular pain which I knew it wasn't they then proceeded to talk over you etc and even as much as hang up on you. I moved to Lincluden and within 6 weeks everything that should of happened with Bruce Medical has now happened.

Dr Fleet is fantastic never had a problem with her ever , the 2 week waiting time for appointments is a bit much but if its urgent they will get you in that day .

I have been a patient of this surgery for more than 30 years when most of the gps were not even out of school I never phone for a call out regardless of all my health issues I had doctor sholtz out yesterday when I had only phoned for more antibiotics as my lungs were not clearing up after just finishing a set of steroids and antibiotics last week the first thing she told me when she came in to my home was to change my surgery after examination from her she issued another prescription for antibiotics and steroids and said when leaving to think about changing my surgery I am absolutely discusted with her attitude I was there long before she qualified as a gp

I had an emergency appointment. The doctors attitude was absolutely unbelievable laughing sniggering at a patient with meantl health conditions and has just went throw an arsen attack do you think that this is appropriate?
