        Good staff.. Bad management.. Not residential as stated.. Full on moving and handing with most service users.. Building is a disgrace... Falling apart... Last resort as care homes go... Not a nice place to put loved ones... The management want to fill rooms with the minimum care provided....not about people all about profit...most of the staff do the best they can in difficult circumstances with very little or no support from management

        My mother stayed at Whim Hall in September 2016 for a period of 11 days. My mother described the home as being "great" and all the staff "being very kind". My mother is not easy to please and due to Alzheimer's Disease can be very difficult so this was high praise indeed.
