        Went on a Trek E Bike demo day run by the shop and it was brilliant. Bike all set up on arrival, just a couple of tweeks to be made. Had a blast on the trails, which were well guided by Wes, would recommend to anyone

        Great staff. Lush kit and bikes. My young son's seat clamp broke, disaster! Really nice member of staff gave me a free one (said I could put a few quid in charity box) and saved the day. Hope he reads this

        Really friendly staff, hooked me up with a beautiful full suspension MTB rental and gave great advice about riding in Glentress!

        Hired 6 e-bikes from Alpine. Alpine set them up quickly we had a ball on the Glentress trails. Sadly one of the group crashed the day before and was unable to ride. Alpine kindly refunded despite being within 48 hour cancellation window. Also charged an e-bike owned by one of the group so that we could ride together. Can't ask for better service.

        Fantastic group of lads working here! I drove up from Manchester for a few days and forgot a vital component for my bike. I called into the shop and they offered to lend what I needed for the weekend for absolutely no charge and they even fitted it for me. Saved me having a totally wasted journey or paying out for a new one. Honestly cannot thank them enough.
