        Service we received here was absolutely terrible. In stark contrast to the excellent reception we received whilst touring Traquair House. The individual we encountered made us feel completely unwelcome. Sadly, we would not want to return.

        We just walked out of the cafe. Appalling service or lack of it. We came and wanted to eat, we were asked at the counter to sit at a table to be served. A young lady was coming to clean the table around us and saw we were waiting to order but she chose to ignore us and never approached us to take an order. After 20 minutes we decided to walk out telling them that we had waited to long. I have to add the tables around us were empty and they were not too busy. Well, they just want to make some customer angry. Avoid it!!!!
