        Called the company to check if they would dry clean a leather coat and was told they would. Caught the bus in freezing weather to drop the coat off and was told to pick it up in a few weeks, came back to pick it up and was told that they hadn't done it because they don't do leather, despite being told twice that it wouldn't be a problem. No phone call in between or anything, don't know what is going on with communication at the business but this was terrible service. As I was moving the next day and needed the coat cleaned it resulted in me having to get rid of a 150 coat. Extremely unhappy with this business and would definitely not recommend.
