        I have been repeatedly - and continue to be - let down by SPPA. Really disappointed in SPPA's communications or rather lack of. I have little faith in SPPA - such I have had to raise a formal complaint(s). I couldn't leave no stars - hence the token (and overly generous) 1 star.

        This organisation seems to be shut down to genuine requests about retirement during covid, while others have to work. Stressful for those seeking to make arrangements
