If you want a price BEFORE any work takes place, then do NOT come here. My car got brought here by the RAC who told me the problem was the secondary fuel pump. I also needed two SMALL pieces of welding to get through an MOT that was done elsewhere. I asked 4 times for a phone call with a price first for both things. I kept chasing them up only to be told the welding had been done and there was no problems with the fuel pump. The welding was twice the price of what I was told to expect. I paid and went to leave and..... No. The fuel pump wasn't working. Now I'm getting mad. I left it there and repeated 3 times to ring me with a price BEFORE doing any work. They agreed. I kept chasing. Went to garage to enquire to be told "We've done your fuel pump!" I was aghast yet again. The price was horrendous. By now my original MOT had expired as had the 14 days I had from Kwik fit to re-do the failed MOT due to welding issue. I was promised here that they would sort out and discount my MOT. Arrived to collect car this morning and bill had gone up and there was NO DISCOUNT at all. STAY WELL CLEAR.
