I asked for 3 inches at the top and a fade at the sides, 4 times I said 3 inches, sat down and took my glasses off I can't see a thing, he starts cutting.
I notice something is wrong when I feel cold fingers on top of my head, it was too far gone to stop him, so I let him finish and pulled him to the side not wanting to make a scene.
Saying to him I asked for 3 inches and not 3mm he starts smiling and giggling.
Not a professional response to his mistake.
Never going again, do not recommend.
