        I took my Karcher4 here for repair after it started leaking following the severe frost in January. Even though the unit is kept in my garage it froze & burst a pipe. I travelled from Inverness but it was worth it. The customer service is superb, very friendly & informative. Even though the workshop was very busy with other Karcher repairs, I got my unit back after only two weeks, repaired perfectly & at a very reasonable rate. Highly recommended!
