        1st class customer service! I had the misfortune of discovering water pouring through the living room ceiling last night. Panic stricken, I found Ewans details online, and the number was answered immediately by a very helpful lady. Ewan came out straight away, arriving within around 15 minutes, and quickly proceeded to establish and fix the fault. He even lifted and bagged all the ruined sodden loft insulation. Im so grateful for his quick, calm and reassuring help, and I would recommend him without a moments hesitation. Also, his fee was very reasonable with no call-out charge. Excellence all round!
