Roy & McIntyre Funeral Home

My Father died recently and Roy and McIntyre carried out the arrangements. From start to finish, Stephen looked after all our family's needs, including allowing my Father to remain at home while I drove from London. This allowed me some final precious time with my Father at home. It made no odds to Stephen that I arrived at 8.30pm on a Sunday. I will always be grateful to Stephen for that special time. Stephen was always smart punctual and very respectful and, although as a family we had only just met him, by the time of my Fathers send off, we felt that he knew us all, and we him, very well. Stephen made this difficult time so much easier than we all thought it could ever be. Thank you Stephen and all at Roy and McIntyre.

Myself and my family have had to use Roy & McIntyre on a few occasions, the most recent being a couple of weeks ago for the loss of my dear brother. Neil looked after the whole family from start to finish. What can I say? Well their compassion, empathy, professionalism and respect for the deceased and the family is second to none. All the boys are so kind and dignified in their caring. Everything ran smoothly and we had a very small internment of the ashes into the family grave which Neil conducted with so much respect and dignity. Really cannot find anything negative at all to say about Roy, Steven, Neil and colleagues

No words can express the exceptional high level of care we received from Stevie and his team when our cousin recently passed. From initial contact and throughout the process he ensured we had appropriate support and advice in making the plans for the funeral that reflected exactly our wishes for Elizabeth. There was great attention to detail, wonderful personal touches all done with compassion, empathy and sensitivity. Elizabeths funeral was beautiful and truly a celebration of her life. We used Roy and McIntyre when my Grandad died. From the first call to interning the ashes, they were empathic, efficient and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. My Grandma was supported and guided through the whole process. She felt able to specify little personal touches which made the service special and memorable for the entire family. I would highly recommend Roy and McIntyre.
