ordered a kit of them on ebay was told it would be sent by royalmail48 that was ordered 7 days ago was told it was dispatched the day after ordering still not received and not getting any response from the seller despite messaging on Facebook ebay email and phone AVOID THIS SCAMING COMPANY AT ALL COSTS update they called and said they had no idea we're our kit had gone and blamed dpd and would send a new one out to be delivered within 2 days that never showed up and the tracking number they sent was fake and have now blocked us on messaging

Was recommended to try this firm and was not disappointed. I was having doubts about fitting the electrics ,But Chris took the time to explain the workings and offered to answer any other queries regarding installation, diagram supplied with product very helpful would highly recommend this firm

I have just got my first caravan & found it needed a new / other water pump as the one that came with it was the wrong fitting for the connection on the van. I looked on every web site I could find but could not find anything like what I needed. While on 1 site I found a place at random selling caravan water pumps & decided to contact the seller. O M G I am so glad I did, I had phoned Chris at Auto Electrical Parts LTD. First he reassured me " we will find an answer to your problem". He promised to let me know when he had found a pump for the type I needed. As the original one was so old this was not going to happen. When I said I would upgrade both pump & socket Chris found for me on line, A pump from him & he told me where I could get the correct socket from another seller. He could have ordered 1 in and had the sale for himself, but he knew I wanted it A S A P so in my best interest he gave away the sale After ordering both I phoned Chris to thank him again, his reply was he hoped we had a great time in our new adventure & never to get stressed if I had problems in the future just give him a call & he will do his utmost to get it sorted. This is one great firm I am going to get all my spares from, from now on. I can't recommend them highly enough
