        I have been a Customer of Bruce Lindsay coal for years now with no complaints but since Fergusion coal have folded the customer service has been shocking Im currently sitting in a cold house in -4 temperatures with an empty coal bunker after paying 150 at the start of the month for an order 3 weeks in still waiting! Come on Bruce Lindsay look after the customers youve had for years and only accept orders you can complete in a timely manner.... and if your not able to deliver let the customers know instead of ignoring the fact your not able to deliver coal in winter months....
