        First time at the hpb, it's about 20 mins from Callander sitting on its own looking over a loch. An impressive building. The rooms/apartments are very clean with everything you could want. Walkable to Loch Katrine and the path to Ben A'an is next door. Staff are very helpful. Walkability: It is in the middle of nowhere so a car is essential however you can get out and walk for miles. Lock Katrine about one mile, Ben A'an next door, the start of the path.
