        The agency that is managing the property does not communicate with their clients for check-in and does not provide them with an after hours telephone number for situations when nobody is coming to give access and people trying to get in touch with them for 6 hours!!! This is unacceptable!!! Holidays are ruined in this way!!! Staff of the agency needs to make sure that everyone has every piece of information before closing for holidays and provide them with a emergency number because anything can happen! This is not a professional agency!!! Its a awful one!!!!
