        Beer didn't arrive. They said it was out of their hands because they asked yodel to deliver and I was to take it up with them. I tried but yodel said there was no order. After writing reviews about my lack of beer, the company looked into it and confirmed that I had not received my beer. Refund eventually promised. My problem was not the lack of delivery (these things happen) but the fact that I had to go to such lengths to finally get a refund. Whatever happened to customer service?
