        The staff were very understanding and helpful with my mum, who undertook the zip wires. My mum is 90 and has dementia, but managed with assistance to do the zip wire experience, even though there were two ladders to access the zip wire back, one rope ladder and the other a log ladder. She really enjoyed the experience and was glad that she did it, despite being nervous. The staff helped her to relax and she appreciated their help.
