Huge thank you to the excellent staff at the Stirling store for making a difficult problem easily solved. I dread having to return a product through guarantee in case there are problems but not this time, from this store. I was given an immediate refund and purchased a different steamer as I had lost faith in the original product. The new steamer was delivered to me two days later, a product I really need in my home. Thank you staff at Stirling, Ill be very happy to continue shopping with you.

I was in the Stirling store to buy a kitchen aid stand mixer, I was unsure about which model to buy. I was served by a girl called Rowena and her knowledge and service were outstanding she was also patient with me as I bombarded her with questions. I would definitely shop there again. Superb service !!

LEKUE STEAMER Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great shop for new gadgets. Bought the lekue steamer 20.00 for 3 to 4 people . absolutely recomend this product great healthy food every time no splashed cooker to clean anymore. My only issue was there was no tray inside very disappointed as this is an important piece needed for cooking with the lekue. Bought one online from lekue.com cost me an extra 12 I would have been better purchasing from lekue first as the steamer with tray cost 24 pounds in total saving me 10 pounds hope this helps nothing worse than seeing the same gadget elsewhere for cheaper steam coming out my ears
