        Fantastic service.Temperature control on my Redfyre (like an Aga) Jammed and water heating & radiators did not kick in. Left a message on the answering machine at 8am requesting their assistance. At 1pm I got a call back, and @ 2 pm got a knock at the door.Fixed the problem, but on their advice , a new part has been ordered, and booked the system for a service, to be prepared for what the Scottish winter will throw at us.
