They came and fixed the work of another company who left us in the lurch.
They attended when they said they would for the initial quote.
They quickly provided a cost for the work, under what we expected.
They attended to do the work in quick order, when they said they would.
We were not at the property when the work was done, but we were updated throughout.
They left the property clean.
They sent me an invoice in good time.
I wish we had found them to start, and that everyone was as efficient and effective as they are. The above points are far from the norm in my experience, and it was a delight to deal with a business that doesnt mess you around.
I would highly recommend them to anyone.
