        Although not frequent user, I have consistently found all staff to be personable and helpful. If one member of the team is unsure of something (e.g. when I was using 'Articles for the Blind' postal service) a colleague stepped in and advised her in a non-condescending manner.

        Services at this Post Office are second to none. An essential part of the local community for all needs including banking.

        Woman behind counter unbelievably rude. Won't be back. At least the Muirhead post office don't treat you like you are inconveniencing them by bringing in mail to post. At the post office no less!

        Woman serving behind the counter extremly rude. We were bringing a pre paid return parcel. Complained non stop about the size of the parcel. Wish i had got her name as there was 2 ladies serving will not be back.
