        I have been attending both mat classes and reformer classes for almost 10 years. I feel that classical pilates has been instrumental in helping me to develop a strong central core, improve my posture and strength and it has been such fun. There is such a positive attitude and our teachers are very aware or our strengths and weaknesses and adjust to suit our needs. I am now in my sixties and hope to continue for a long time yet. I think that this was what Joe Pilates envisaged
