    I was nervous to start PT as my fitness wasn't great and I was embarrassed by my weight. I was worried there would be certain expectations of my fitness levels. Ryan was friendly and approachable. He didn't make me feel stupid when I needed reminded of the exercises.. which was most of the time! and he was honest about expectations and results. I was able to lose weight, while getting fitter and stronger. Ryan is an excellent PT who helped me achieve my goals in relation to my health and fitness. In turn I was able to gain confidence in myself that I've never had. I would recommend Ryan to anyone looking for a PT.

    Thanks to Ryan I have finally managed to be consistent in my fitness and health goals and have reached them within the last 10 months. Im a newbie to lifting weights but Ryans programmes are excellent and he has helped build my confidence through our training sessions. His support doesnt just stop at the end of a one hour session, he is available for any help when needed and takes the time to check in with his client. The training sessions are always enjoyable, they can be tough but Ryan will help push you on if needed. The progress I have made is a credit to Ryan and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for help with their goals.

    I couldnt recommend Ryan highly enough as a trainer. Hes very knowledgeable and doesnt focus on training in isolation, he considers a persons lifestyle as a whole when putting together a plan which makes the whole process so much more effective! Not only that but hes great fun to work out with and provides all the encouragement needed to achieve your goals. If youre thinking about signing up - do it!
