        Went in to try and find a new set of frames ; Some big beanpole at reception gave me instant attitude. Looking at the frames she condescendingly tells me I'm looking in the wrong place ?! How far can a poker reach ? What is it about receptionists in Troon who think they are above it all, when it's the in house professionals who are paying their wages and expect their business to prosper based on a nice customer experience ? Wouldn't recommend, at all.
